The card is wider than a phone: scroll it sideways for term and funding time.
A factor rate is not an interest rate and the two cannot be compared by putting the numbers side by side. A factor of 10% on $100,000 is $110,000 to repay whether it takes six months or eighteen — paying it off early does not make it cheaper. Interest does fall if the balance does.
An advance is not a loan. It buys a share of a business's future sales at a discount and collects as those sales arrive, so a strong week repays more and a quiet week repays less. For a business whose months are not the same size, that is the point of it.
It is decided on takings rather than on a credit file, which is why it approves where the other five decline. It is priced as a factor, not as interest, and clearing it early does not reduce what is owed. Both of those are worth understanding before signing rather than after.
What it gives you
- Repayment rises and falls with revenue
- Decided on sales, not credit score
- No fixed monthly payment
- Priced as a factor, not interest
